C. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are listed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once a package is marked as Delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If you sign up for a subscription, you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at difavshop@gmail.com at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
