At Difav's Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased.

However, in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer limited refunds or replacements as outlined below.


2. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund after a formal investigation.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at difavshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
    • A photo of the packaging and shipping label
  3. Once reviewed, we will respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
  • If you have not received your refund within 10 days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene and product safety regulations. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will issue a replacement if eligible.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier
