1. Order Processing & Shipping

A. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or handmade items may take additional processing time.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

B. Shipping Policy

2. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • If the wrong product was sent.
  • If the product arrived damaged (must provide photos within 48 hours of delivery).
  • If your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).

B. How to Request a Refund

3. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Modifications (such as address changes) must be requested within 12 hours after ordering. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

B. Subscription Billing

  • Subscription orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled after processing.

C. Subscription Modifications & Cancellations

  • You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account dashboard or by contacting difavshop@gmail.com at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

6. Payment & Security

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments, and subscription payments.
  • All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.

7. Product Disclaimer

  • Our hair care products are made with natural ingredients and are free from parabens, sulfates, and harsh chemicals.
  • While our products are formulated for all hair types, individual results may vary. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Sales and discounts apply only to new orders and cannot be retroactively applied.
