1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

A. Canada

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.99 CAD
  • Free shipping: On all orders over $100 CAD
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

B. United States

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days

C. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


3. Free Local Pickup (Winnipeg, Canada)

  • We offer free local pickup in Winnipeg, Manitoba for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email confirmation with pickup details.
  • Pickup must be scheduled within 7 days of notification.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Once an order is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details and contact the carrier directly.
  • If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, please contact us at difavshop@gmail.com, and we will assist with filing a claim.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
